I grabbed some quick take-out for dinner from TomYum Koong. My pad Thai was a tad on the sweet side, but the shrimp and chicken were not overcooked. I ordered Steve’s beef macadamia medium spicy, but it came mild. The scallion pancakes were surprisingly light and crispy and managed to remain that way in the takeout container. The chicken wings were over-fried and not terribly meaty. It’s a decent option if it happens to be down the street, but Brown Sugar is still my favorite Thai restaurant.
