Tyngsboro is on the Mass/NH border, right next to Nashua, and it is the home of the Boston University Corporate Education Center where I go for trainings frequently. The lunch options are mostly large chain restaurants (Chili’s, Olive Garden, On the Border, etc.) but I read about a small Italian restaurant, tucked in to a strip mall, that serves homemade red sauce goodness. I shared an antipasto plate and the lasagna; both were good, but nothing spectacular. I did enjoy the grilled garlic bread that came in the bread basket.
