I was at Karl’s Sausage Kitchen (love that place so much!) and got my requisite 1.5 lbs of liverwurst and the ingredients to make currywurst. The directions were in German, so the nice woman behind the counter actually wrote out a translation for me. They wanted to know how I knew about currywurst and I told him about the 100 things list. Well, it turns out that they also carry gjetost, the Norwegian brown cheese. I know what I’m having for dinner on Thursday. I’ll let you know how it is.
