Eating Healthy

I know, what an awful entry for a blog all about food. But after a lovely food filled vacation, Bri and I made a decision to try to "be good" about what we eat. He's doing his usual "Calista Flockhart" anorexic thing, trying to stay under 1200 calories a day. Me? Eat less and eat healthier. I've done ok this week other than a late night encounter with onion rings that were reminisced of Buzzy's (remember Buzzy's?!?!) and chili cheese fries that were heinously bad. There was a perfect rectangle of cheese, as the processed cheese slices retained their shape quite nicely. Uno's in Harvard was responsible for this culinary catastrophe.

Tonight was a grilled shrimp salad over my mother's lettuces and beautiful, ripe tomatoes. I managed to avoid the bad snacks at bridge.
